SMC series is CNC Milling and Turning machine, dual spindle, single turret, with Y-axis.
Features
The machine tool adopts a singlespindle, with a C-axis, a single turret, a single Y-axis, and a programm able tail top, which is powerful and has excellent performance. The machine tool's functions are extremely powerful.
The machine tool has good stability and rigidity, and the tool life is long. Forexample, the tool life is increased to 38% compared to early machine tools.
The diameter of the X-axis crew reaches 32mm,and under long-term high-speed operation, the large diameter screw ensures the precision and service life of the machine tool.
Adopting P-grade 35mm roller guide rails to ensure long-term high efficiency and heavy cutting tasks of the machine tool.
The SMC seriessmall machinetools are driven byelectric spindles, which havefastresponse speed,Iow failure rate,andare easyto maintain. Large machinetools use mechanical spindles.
The standard configurationisa20Bar high pressure system,ensuring thatthe machine can easily handle deephole machining (Optional 40Bar high-pressure system).
The standard configuration ofthe fully automatic material receiver allows there ceiver to automatically take out the finished product and placeitin the finished product box after the processing taskis completed, achieving truly unmanned processing.
