Lubrication system: Check the quantity and quality of lubricating oil to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient and free of impurities or deterioration. Replace lubricating oil regularly to keep the oil circuit unobstructed, free of rust and oil leakage.
Hydraulic system: Check whether the pressure of the hydraulic system is normal, measure the pressure value of the hydraulic system, and ensure that it is within the normal range. Check whether the valves and pipelines of the hydraulic system are leaking oil and repair them in time.
Electrical system: Check whether the contact between the power cord and the plug is tight to ensure that the electrical system operates normally. Check whether the lines inside the electrical control cabinet are neat and repair short circuits or open circuits.
Transmission system: Check the tightness of the transmission belt and gear transmission device to ensure that the transmission system operates normally. Check the lubrication of the transmission system and add lubricating oil if necessary.
Pneumatic system: Check the stability of the air source and eliminate air leakage. Check whether the pneumatic components are working properly and repair the blockage or air leakage of the pneumatic line.
Safety devices: Check the integrity and sensitivity of safety devices to ensure that protective covers, safety switches and other equipment are working properly. Adjust the sensitivity of safety devices to ensure their reliability.
